The Host......Awesome!!!

Stephenie Meyers new book The Host.....what did I think about it???? Awesome...Amazing!!! 624 pages I read in 2 days and could not put it down. The second day of reading I started at 7:00 PM and finished reading at 1:00 AM. It was one of those books that I just HAD to know what was going to happen!! Sleep was not going to get in my way.

So since I am horrible at describing what things are about I will just give you the description off of Amazon lol:

I really would love to tell you my opinions and thoughts but since Cherise(my reading buddy from work) just started the book I will not spoil it for her. So more to come in a few days. I am sorry but I thought this was really funny!! Now if John McCain had said this or George Bush the media would be all over it. They would be calling him ignorant or stupid, just like the whole misspelling of potato by former Vice President Dan Quayle. I never found it all that stupid anyway because for some reason I always want to put an E on the end of potato....lol!!!

My little ranting about gas!!!

I just spent $37.00 to fill my tank up!!!! OK....I know to some of you people who have big SUVs or Minivans and have big huge tank this is probably nothing but I have a 10 gallon tank. I repeat....A TEN GALLON TANK!!! $37.00!!!!!

Just saying hello!

Hi all.....I am heading out to the International Bar-b-que Festival here in Owensboro. Just thought I would drop in and say hey. So Hey!! LOL! 4 more days until my first cruise. I am getting really really excited. The Cruise will be back on Monday and then I am heading to Okaloosa Island in Florida for the rest of the week!! So I will be out of Owensboro and off of work for 12 days!! So excited!

My Boy Jack....Have you seen it?

I never thought I would be able to watch a movie with Daniel Radcliffe(Harry Potter) and not keep from thinking about Harry Potter...lol. But I just watched My Boy Jack and it was really good. I highly recommend it. Daniel did an excellent job. Here is a description of the movie from Yahoo:
